Discrimination Complaints
51²è¹Ý provides an educational and employment environment free from discrimination on the basis of national origin, religion, age, gender, gender identity, gender expression, race or ethnicity, color, medical condition, genetic information, ancestry, sexual orientation, marital status, physical or mental disability, pregnancy, or military and veteran status, or because the individual is perceived to have one or more of the foregoing characteristics.

Complaints can be filed with the District's Chief Human Resource Officer by telephone at 707-476-4140 or by email at jose-serrano@redwoods.edu
Complaints of discrimination on sex, gender, gender identity, gender expression, and pregnancy fall under Title IX and can be reported .
