Vision Statement

Working together as a team; AS51²è¹Ý hopes to achieve a forward-thinking attitude in order to support their community and their own goals.

Mission Statement

The Associated Students of 51²è¹Ý (AS51²è¹Ý) serve as the official voice of the student body, advocating for student needs, organizing campus events, and collaborating with faculty and administration to enhance the 51²è¹Ý Community. AS51²è¹Ý members work to address student concerns, allocate funding for clubs and activities, and promote leadership and civic engagement. Through meetings, initiatives, and events, the student government fosters a sense of community, encourages student involvement, and ensures that student voices are heard in decision-making processes.

Guideposts

Support – AS51²è¹Ý strived to support our community through compassion, balance, and accessibility.

Teamwork – We have teamwork through communication, strategy, and reliability. We hold strong commitments and have courageous confrontation when needed.

Forward-Thinking – AS51²è¹Ý uses growth, learning, and kindness to promote forward-thinking, to create an environment that fosters diverse relationships that values a variety of student perspectives.
